Trading Terms
Min order $350 + GST
All products have strict pack order quantities as noted on each product's page.
Payment is required before dispatch for all new customers. After that 30 day account can be applied for.
Our bank account details are noted on your invoice. Payment is not required on your order until it is ready for dispatch. Once we have picked and packed your order we will send you an invoice including freight costs. Please pay within 4 working days of receiving your invoice, otherwise your order may be cancelled. We accept bank deposit and credit card payments. If you require urgent delivery please send us a screenshot of your payment and we can dispatch your order the same day as your payment.
We can process credit card payments manually. Details can be taken over the phone or via email. We will charge your card in AUD. There will be a 2% surcharge on all credit card transactions.
For all of our brands, we hold stock and accept indent ordering from the extended collection of the brands we represent. For indent and preorders, we will do our best to estimate delivery dates accurately. This is typically expected to be within three months of the order period closing.
You may order on our website, via phone, email or in person with our regional agents. For website orders, you will receive an automated order confirmation via email. For alternative order methods, an order confirmation is only issued upon request.
The tax invoice will be issued at the time of dispatch and/or when payment is required. Delivery costs will be included here.
Wholesale prices are in Australian dollars and exclude GST and freight costs. We take care to ensure all details, descriptions and product prices appearing on our website are correct. However, we reserve the right to refuse orders where product information has been mis-published, including prices and promotions. Prices and stock availability are subject to change. Wholesale prices are listed under each item. RRP pricing is in AUD (including GST).
Freight is charged to you at cost and calculated once your order has been packed and is ready for dispatch.
Depending on your order dimensions, freight charges are approximately 5% of your total order value to metro areas in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane, 8% to other metro cities and 10% to rural areas, Western Australia and Tasmania.
If your package arrives damaged it is important that you take photos before opening to inspect its contents. Then you must contact us with the above information within 7 days of the goods arriving to you. If this process is followed we are able to credit you for the full amount and chase the issue with the freight company. If this process is not followed then getting reimbursed is at the discretion of the freight/courier company and therefore we may not be able to credit you.

As a stockist with access to our website you may use any imagery from our D & A Home Website. We can also set up a dropbox in order to share imagery from our suppliers with you.
